Ruhtra is a second generation Nocturne born (like many Nocturnes) in the Tangled Wood. However he came to R’lyeh soon after hatching and ended up following an old Fire dragon who lived with the clan. As happens with Nocturnes, he quickly began to imitate his mentor. The two were attached for quite a while, until the older dragon decided to go serve the Arcanist but Ruhtra could never quite shake the imprint and ended up becoming the Fire Ambassador. He’s as passionate as a Fire Dragon and as playful as a Nocturne; this leads to a lot of pranks.

His duties involve communicating with clans from the Fire Flight as needed and maintaining the small shrine to the Flamecaller as well as directing the clan's celebration of the Flameforger's Festival 		Arcanist Meteorite Miniature
