- - - Every sunrise, Cosmo always wakes up first. He quickly rushes out of his den, which is affixed to the highest point of the most lush and shady tree in Verdurous Terrace, and glides to the treetops that shade the valley. Once settled to the top, he goes still concentrates on the rising sun. While the others of Verdinian Tribe are sleeping, he admires the changing colors of the sky, reflecting of bright sunlight out of the small puddles and streams surrounding Verdurous Terrace, and how all of the foliage seems to reach towards the warmth of the sunbeams. Once the sun has fully risen, he closes his eyes. His ears perk forward and he takes in the whispers of nature. Birds chirping. Small animals walking in the underbrush. Water running. On his best days, he can even pick up on even the soft crunch leaves make as they drift down and land on the grassy floor.

- - - Once he has fully absorbed the morning, he nods to himself and stretches out his wings. He climbs to the very edge of the treetop, then launches himself straight down. He roars while he falls, then pulls up and circles around his own den once before making his daily trip around the community. He makes sure to alert each and every den of the morning sun, whether it’s by circling around dens built in the treetops or gliding low by dens built down on or into the ground. After he has awoken the last dragon, he glides back to the center of town and settles down. Here, he begins his speech for the day.

- - - Cosmo enjoys capturing the attention of crowds and preaching about the importance of nature. He emphasizes the importance of maintaining connections with nature and the primal roots of dragons. He praises the Gladekeeper and her message of reviving the land with new creation, life and growth. He also makes sure to announce the changing of the seasons and the weather, as well as the shifts in the natural flora and fauna. When he speaks, he clutches his pearl close to his chest and makes eye contact with every dragon he catches the gaze of. Anyone can tell he has true enthusiasm for and belief in what he’s saying.

- - - Many dragons pass by him on their trips to the center of Verdurous Terrace, only listening to a few words of his lecture. However, many will also pause for a moment to listen longer to his message. Some will even pause for long hours, listening to his excited and hopeful words about nature and its beauty. It’s very soothing to dragons in need of hope, motivation or even just a break from the daily routine to contemplate the richly verdant natural world around them and look into Cosmo’s excited and compassionate eyes.

- - - When Cosmo’s speech for the day is done, he carries out whatever daily errands he needs to complete, making sure to greet each dragon he encounters. After finishing every errand, he walks back to his den. He spends the remainder of the day caring for his garden. He enjoys growing the most lovely and fragrant flowers, as well as the sweetest fruit and berries. He gifts his best aromatic flowers to his mate, CallaLily, who creates various perfumes from them, and his ripest fruits to Branch, who bakes them into delicious pastries, pies, cakes, and other treats.
