Historian | Extremely Patient | Deeply in Love with Ningyo
Snow Globe Village

A traveling historian who was doing a study on the preserved history of the Warden's icy domain, Quinnell was originally a resting "tourist" staying over at Pumpkin's inn while gathering provisions and resting his bones before continuing on his journey.

Having every intention to keep going after he was back to full energy, Quinnell met a newly arrived Ningyo during his third day at Snow Globe and became as mesmerized by her beauty as he was concerned for the sadness in her eyes. Taking great interest in what looked to be a very delicate Imperial boy physically and mentally, he decided to slowly approach her, becoming even more interested in her with every nervous glance or desperate search for isolation the soft colored female made. Forgetting all about his journey, Quinnell decided to stay longer in Snow Globe until he discovered the mystery behind Ningyo's past, one that not even the higher ups of Snow Globe seemed to know themselves.

With time and patience, he eventually earned the skittish female's trust, thus learning her story. Horrified at the accounts she told, Quinnell vowed to her to never allow such misfortune to befall her again. Deciding it was best for her to stay under the safety of Kakortok's protective dome, he eventually moved out of the inn and into her residence as the two fell in love. He still continues his research and historical annotations, but dedicates most of his research time to readings of ancient tomes and scrolls he acquires via bartering or from visiting colleagues.
