CLOETTA is an adept Fire mage and all-around practitioner of the occult. The Rifters' lax safety regulations on thaumaturgy and freemarket approach to economy appealed to her, so she decided to set up shop in the Flat.

Cloetta specialises in candy-making. Her Fire magic sees the most action in melting chocolate and sugar for use in candy creation, and her fine-boned hands make quick work out of decorating her confections in elaborate patterns and shapes. She sees a fair amount of business in the Flat, a fact attributed by most out of the know to the ever-present, pleasing aroma of burnt sugar that hangs around her shop.

For those in the know, the reason for her success is clear: Cloetta's a witch, and the best candies she has to offer are sold after hours through the back window shaped like a ferret's paw. She fills her special sweets chock-full with hoodoo and sells them for many times their weight in gold or favours. It's said Cloetta's candies can cure everything from a persistent cough to heartbreak and even, on occasion, grant the consumer a period of elemental power typically not seen among dragons. 		xxxxxxxxxx
