Valentine is a sweet young dragon, enjoying the more simple things in life. Care taking a green house, long flights over the bay, cuddling up to his loved one by a roaring fire. These little things are what Valentine adores, what he lives for. Aside from his gorgeous mate Tiramisu of course. He is forever content with her companionship, treasuring every moment together. Tiramisu is his world, being a hopeless romantic he is constantly thinking up new and adorable ways to express his love for her. Whether it be roses from his own garden, fresh homemade teas, loving gestures and the occasional date night under the stars. He is always thinking of her, her beautiful smile, stunning feathers, and eyes so blue you'd think you were peering into the ocean. Every inch of her is perfection to him. He can't imagine a life without her. He dreams of growing old and caring for many hatchlings along side her, he is overjoyed with his life, realizing his dream of a pure, impeccable relationship is coming true, and with his soulmate. When he isn't spending his time with Tiramisu he is tending to his green house, creating music, writing poetry or helping his fellow clansmen. Many young dragons come to him for advice, sometimes asking for a rose from his garden or any insight on courtship. He is the go to dragon in the clan for information pertaining to the art of romance. Being as kind and willing as he is, he was given the nick-name Saint by many of the other dragons in the clan. Valentine tends to his green house during the day, where he grows roses for his beloved and tea leaves for his business. He has an award winning tea stall which he is the owner of. Tiramisu runs her own equally wonderful baked goods stall beside his teas, making a wonderful team. Selling warm, flavorful pastries paired with soothing tea makes an enjoyable snack. He brews so many different types and mixes of teas, it's remarkable how many distinct tastes he is able to grow. He also has the skills of poetry, stringing together rhyming words of beauty, most revolving around love, and romance, enjoying the light fluffy side of poetry. He writes under the stars more often then not, a flickering candle never disrupts the dazzling stars in the sky. Which he gazes at nearly every night. While writing he will come up with tunes and songs along with his poems in his head, sometimes scribbling them down so not to be forgotten, he doesn't do it every time but he will turn these into full-fledged songs. He'll keep some for himself, hum some while Tiramisu reads his poems or serenade her with amorous songs, telling tales of their life. While most are upbeat and full of love, some are more serious. Sharing his true feelings of admiration and complete loyalty to her. Valentine gives his sonnets along side his roses as gifts to Tiramisu. Which he hopes she treasure, as she is sure to do. |
