Character Data -

Caelum's character change involves making a deal with a former legendary hero (Hou Yi, from Chinese mythology) in order to gain his powers in exchange for housing his spirit inside her body. The theme I'm going for is a mix of Hou Yi's sun imagery with Caelum's own abilities (which are mostly analytical in nature, although she can perform transmutation with the help of her sword)

Component Refs

General notes: Caelum's personal colors are navy blue, with black and white highlights. Hou Yi's color is primarily gold (for suns and royalty), although orange and red highlights can be present in small amounts.

Upper Body, Top Layer - Link

The cape goes over both shoulders instead of just one. Caelum loses the feathers, which go to the hip-skirt.

Upper Body, Shirt - Link

Instead of Caelum's long-sleeved shirt and vest, I'd like it to look pretty much like this, if possible (with the cape going over her shoulders). Aside from the cape, the shirt/vest should still have their white and black coloration like in Caelum's base ref and in the linked image. Since she's taken an archer spirit into her body, she'd need to keep her arms relatively free and able to move. She would also have bracers on both her lower forearms. Here are some examples of bracers. I'll leave the design of this entirely up to you, although they generally follow some rules:

They don't have to have a wedge between the thumb and the rest of the fingers, although modern designs still have that component today. It's more for the inside of the arm than the outside, but some designs do go around the entire arm.

Lower Body, Skirt - Link

I'd like to incorporate the skirt-cloth (could be attached by a belt, though Caelum would have her sword sheathed rather than having daggers, or you can omit the sword entirely if you so choose). Additionally, the skirt would be the raven feather half-cape found in Caelum's base design. Up to you if you want to keep the feathers black or have them turn colors.

Lower Body, Pants

You can keep these the same as in the base image. Alternatively, if you have a better idea, I'm open to hearing it! I didn't really have any idea what to do for this, haha.

Other Notes

Here is a character I found online of someone who merged their OC with the spirit of Hou Yi, so if you want to use this as inspiration for some portions, feel free to.

I'd also like to request some gold pattern detailing on some of the navy blue parts of Caelum's outfit, kind of like these custom skins (you don't have to go into this level of detail, these are just some patterns I'm really fond of)
