An ethereal, capricious creature who tends to prefer spending time alone in the water to mingling with other dragons. He has the air of a blue-blooded youth, but it's anyone's guess whether he was actually born into nobility or simply styles himself as such. Those who seek his favor might as well give up before they've begun. He has a low tolerance for groveling or flattery, and cares very little for conventional demonstrations of friendliness. But if you're interesting enough to him, he might turn his affections your way -- before he gets bored, that is. Refuge's leaders have asked that he help out around the lair, but he brushes off all their demands by disappearing into drops of sea spray. He is occasionally a useful companion to the clan's fishers, as fish seem oddly attracted towards his presence. Putting him to regular work, however, is a lost cause.
