The other ruler of the Divine Empire; younger adoptive sister of Zuikaku. Noire is shy and does not like to be the center of attention -however, she can have strong opinions and can become extremely loud and hotheaded when debating; An angry Noire is quite intimidating and frightening; few dragons have had the misfortune of becoming acquainted with her.
Noire does not like to be challenged and can become emotionally unstable -she enjoys hiding behind Zuikaku and doing the tedious work from behind. Her sister plays the image part while she plays the mastermind behind the scenes. Noire is incredibly loyal to Zuikaku and would never do anything without her older sister's confirmation. She is also rather insecure.
Noire, like all others, does not understand her older sister's relationship with Kaga. However, she says that Zuikaku always seems happier and in a better mood after she meets with her.
