Volt

"HERE'S JOHNNY."

Volt is a dangerous and unpredictable dragon. She rules her clan with an iron claw, ready to slash it through any that disobey or intrude on her territory. Bloodthirsty, one would think her dragons oppressed, but though firm Volt is not without reason. She's frightening, yes, and gives odd punishments or odder crimes, but she remains reasonable enough to respect life. She shelters those in need, standing up for those who can not, and is a manic wall against those who dare stand up to her.

The young dragon had one dream- to be a clan leader and create a safe haven for all who entered. It was a noble dream, honorable even, but one nearly impossible for her to start. The mirror was naturally a hard character, sadistic, demanding, and almost cruel. She was quick to jump, always ready and willing to fight, and was not at all the benevolent leader her dream needed. But it was what she wanted nonetheless.

Her first step toward that dream was when she left home with a childhood friend. Yachile was his name, and the soft, fluffy Tundra was the biggest pushover. From their hatch-days she always bullied him, pushing him over, nipping his tail, and bossing him around, but the softy never seemed to hold it against her. Even her request, or command, to join her as patriarch was met with a nonchalant 'alright.' Did that make them true mates, or breeding partners? Right now, she did not care.

They flew until their wings were sore, and a scrubby patch of earth called to them. It seemed deserted, and would be their future home. By her nature Volt drove away any threats that lived in the area. With tooth, claw, and lightning she became the top predator, and by gift of the gods wanderings dragons arrived at their plot of land. They were tired, hungry, but most importantly they willing to put in the work to build up the clan.
