Caide outcast him on “suspension of being a spy” a long time ago, when her madness first began. Years later, he returned from having sheltered in light flight to help with the clan as Caide fell further apart and no longer had the strength to keep him away. He is Qi’s father, but Caide drove him off shortly after Qi hatched, and they had no thurther contact until he rejoined the clan. Now that he is back he has proved that he can go above and beyond caring for the clan, and despite his relation to the former leaders, is completely backed by Val and Xavior as “a blessing to this clan”. When he is not helping out around the clan, he has a garden of flowers that he brought as seeds from light territory, which he keeps alive under a heat lamp. Currently he is incorporating some bioluminescent plants and fungi from shadow territory into the mix.
