She who once ran hungry and hot among the alien lights of the Starwood Strand on the eternal hunt, and whose wanderings with her people brought her too close to the territory of the Plaguewarden.

For many seasons Pleiades was lost to her pack and her mate, Muchuk, who mourned her loss bitterly. One day, she returned, to the surprise of her fellows—but she came in the wake of her new master, her shackler, to whom she now swears deepest fealty. Too much time spent in the clutches of Safkas have warped her mind—so they say—or perhaps she has simply seen through Safkas a way for her people to survive, stronger than they ever could be under her leadership alone. On her return there was a great purge, where many dragons fought against the new leader or angrily turned their backs.

But many loyalists remain, and to them Pleiades will forever be their queen. Though she and her pack answer to Safkas, for the large part they're left to their own devices, a useful force for hunting and patrolling territory. They can most often be found roaming the Plaguewood, a unique biome born of the Starwood Strand and the Wandering Contagion, straddling the two elemental lands.
