Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this lively, black-and-white imperial wandered a little too far from her lair, #28110 YamiYugi, and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just send her back home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

Travel Log:
As a young hatchling, Zell grew up in the comforts of her lair under the care of many strong dragons hailing from different regions. All her life, she grew up watching dragons of various breeds, colors, sizes and experience come and go throughout the lair, but for the most part, she wished to stay put. As she grew older, however, her curiosity grew on what became of the dragons who left, what they were doing now, and what kind of experiences they were having outside the comforts of her home.
Her namesake came from a villager, a deer who lives among other animals. But even her namesake had the chance to move away and explore new towns, right? She thought it was about time she did the same. She slipped on some gold to wear, both as a lucky charm, and as means to barter, if it came down to it. She took one last look toward her home before setting off, trying not to let her second thoughts change her mind.
After travelling for a short while, Zell came upon the clan Allixestr, deep within the Tangled Wood. The dragons were very friendly, and excited to welcome her into their lair. Zell was disappointed to note that there were few imperials among them, though the clan's library was extensive, which pleased her greatly. In the library were texts about all kinds of dragons, and stories of other dragons who had passed through.
The librarian, a gentle tundra named Forthwind, was pleased by Zell's enthusiasm for learning, and grew attached to the imperial. However, the library was cold at nights, and she noticed how easily Zell was chilled. This wouldn't do at all! Some time into her stay, Forthwind presented her with a blue and brown scarf, to help keep her warm. The imperial was beyond flattered and pleased by the thoughtful gift, and she and the tundra pledged to be friends as long as they could.
However, the clan's library didn't have any of the answers Zell in particular was seeking, and as such she soon decided it was time to move on. She and Forthwind's goodbye took place in private, as both dragons were very tearful and unwilling to let each other go. However, they promised to find each other again, someday.
"Who knows?" Zell had joked. "Maybe I'll be able to teach you something next time!" Forthwind laughed, though it was a little strained.
With a heavy heart, the imperial set out, scarf flapping in the wind as she flew to her next destination.
