mahogany is a wanderer, with no permanent home. he enjoys spending time with premiums flock, and is good friends with express, but he enjoys hands-on archaeology too much to stay with them too long. he loves digging around dragonhome, particularly cairnstone rest, and can often be oblivious to warnings posted near dangerous sites, so hes probably got at least one curse. his loyal owl, baltimore, is an excellent assistant, and often keeps mahogany from getting into situations too bad for him to deal with. his old mate, amber, was exalted to serve under the tidelord and he misses her dearly, but hes moved on and is married to umber, a tour guide with a passion for exploring he met on his travels. they met when umber was living in his old clan in dragonhome, and after about 6 months of dating umber decided to join mahogany on his travels permanently. they got married a few years later, and not long after decided they wanted to raise hatchlings together. mahogany had their daughter, secret, with a surrogate from the windswept delta. secret grew up very happy, travelling with her fathers all over dragonhome, but as she grew older decided to follow her own path and got an apprenticeship with the school of arcane teachings. nowadays, mahogany and umber still travel and scavenge the ruins of dragonhome, but they always make sure to return to premium's flock to read the letters secret sends them from school.
