Her partners in leadership are Romulus and Regia, and she makes up for his daredevil ways and her reserved and suspicious ones with patience, strength, and craftiness. While she is not precisely welcoming to new additions, she is also not precisely unwelcoming, and it is her tradition and her duty to greet new dragons (regardless of their age) in the company of Romulus and Regia, and formally induct them into the clan. She takes this seriously, and new inductees may be put off by her solemnity, though her strict adherence to traditional practices of clan induction are entirely at odds with her exceptionally rational and reasonable methods of leadership in other areas.

The duty of deciding which dragons receive the honor of exaltation falls on her shoulders, and she shares the task of training them for their efforts with Regia.
