The newly created Dawn clan is a mess. With no discernible leader, no one really knows who gets to decide who fits what role and rank. The Unnamed one has been the one who has been attempting to place some sort of order within the clan, being the oldest dragon in the clan has given him some dominance over the race to become leader. Valentin is not to keen of that fact. For he believe that The Unnamed One's methods of achieving the clans respectability with other clans violent and with no honor. As a result, Valentin created the Order of the Blind Eye, in the belief that The Unnamed One and his followers should be brought to justice, and removed from the clan. Unfortunately, this new order caused Valentin and his followers to be exiled. This, however, would not discourage Valentin, as he and his followers work to bring honor to the Dawn Clan, as he believes it is what the clan needs to flourish.
