Taichi is one of the founders of this clan. He is in charge of the guards of the clan. He is the captain of them, and is often called by Captain from many of the clan, especially his own guard. Many mistaken his appearance for one that is serious, when in reality he is quite jolly, thinking of himself as a sort of father to the guards.

Emi is his second in command. There is no doubt that she keeps up with him in ability and strength. He also has a close relationship with Graham, who he found as a child and trained him in everything he knows. The three of them keep close, and try to correct each other so they can become better dragons to better protect the clan and each other.

His relationship with Graham wavered however when he was told that Graham had kept an egg that was suppose to be given to an allied clan and hatched it. Taichi was disappointed with Graham's behavior and in a way betrayed since he often thought of the little Tundra as his son. He has taken it upon himself though to make sure Graham is ready for the responsibility of training the dragonling in order to become a sort of body guard.

His mate is Risa, and is glad to be with her. When together they are often cuddling and nuzzling, not afraid to show their love for each other. Sometimes they do it on purpose in front of the hatchlings as they know their reactions are amusing ones. If the two are not engaged in such acts when together it is usually because something important has happened and they are currently working on making the clan better.
