Position: Clan guard
Elokhar is one of the newer members of Clan Shimmering Water. He's a well-trained fighter with a rather mysterious past which he rarely talks about. Any attempt to find out more is met with vague answers. He's a rather solemn individual and tends to only speak when spoken to. Even so he's incredibly loyal and defends the clan with great ferocity. Despite his introverted demeanor, he's got a wellspring of patience and is often a giant jungle gym for the clan's youngest members when he's not on duty.
His steam gyre's name is Phantom.
