The Mushroom Collector





Domino loves glowing things, especially mushrooms and fireflies. She puts her fungi in little jars, or gives them to Stormflight for use in her potions. Though her specimens have stained her claws blue, their use as light sources for the clan outweigh the costs of creating them.

Domino has an adventurous spirit, and travels further into the Starwood Strand than most dragons would dare. The twisting paths between the trees stand clearly in her mind, and not once has she lost her way. The forest itself whispers its secrets to her, late at night as she slips between the trees. The faint, distant glow of the stars lights her way, and the bright fungi and insects she brings back are hung in lanterns to keep the dark at bay. Her light sources last far longer than they should, her own inborn magic feeding them until they finally burn out, after many long years of use.
