Rune

Name & Title: Rune, Magic Researcher

Bio: Rune is one of the few Dragons that might give Ahmaladeus a run for her hoard. No surprise that the clan's arcane member would be in such a position as magic researcher. Unfortunately for Rune he must present all of his findings to the god queen, and any advantage he might have had over her goes with it. Though he isn't doing the research to gain power, that is only a side effect. Rune only seeks to gain knowledge and understanding, but instead of focusing on the sky, he focuses more on what he can touch. The entire reason he left the starfall isles was to study magic techniques across the land feeling that gaining entrance to the observatory wouldn't yield any results. Rune spends his time studying all forms of magic and creating new formulas to harness elemental energy. This is a barrier that proves hard for dragons, and this greatly limits Rune's progress. Despite that factor Rune works to give the god queen what she wants all the while creating ever more powerful spells.

Rune keeps busy with his books and theories, the language barrier doesn't help him be social. Since he can only communicate with writing he doesn't try with most of the clan. Often times he can be found humming to himself while he works and he often falls into a rhythm while doing so. His research isn't usable by all clan members, but it has lead to the creation of many gadgets from Steel. The scribe has also used Rune's formulas in combination with Steel's designs to create his battle equipment.

Special: Runic Casting - Utilizing spell formulas Rune can create elaborate chains with his spell casting to devastate his opponents.
