Polaris is a dragon of mysterious origin. All that's publicly known is that she has been friends with Auride for years beyond counting. Some stories say he cracked open a fallen meteorite and found her tucked inside. The two of them- and the small gathering of like-minded individuals that came to follow- formed the Silverwing Clan and built the Silverwing Castle as a place of study, although Auride has done most of the running since.

Private and introverted as she is, Polaris much prefers staying alone in her personal library, visited only by her closest friends. Using her telescope, she gazes out into the stars each night and writes down everything she sees.
