Dagor

Perhaps Dagor's temperament can be blamed on his small stature - he seems to have a bit of a Napoleon complex. Regardless of the reason, Dagor is a bitter, vicious creature with a troubled past.

He believes his mate, Nerevar, to be the resurrection of his longtime friend, who later betrayed and attempted to kill him. He feels for her all the fury of his betrayal, and all the love for her of his constant companion and most beloved friend. His attitude in general and towards her can switch at the drop of a hat. None have discovered this trigger. He will nuzzle her, then furiously attack, screeching another's name at her.

As with all pearlcatcher dragons, he himself jealously guards his pearl. His care for it is obsessive, and he is seldom seen without it on his person. However, unlike most, his pearl shines a sullen cloudy grey. Many whisper that it darkens every day, that his insanity drives it from white to black.

All in the clan respect him, yet give him a wide berth. The fact that he is one of the few openly acknowledged magic-wielders of the clan make this doubly so. When he angers, sparks tend to fly... followed shortly by flames of darkness.
