Sina have been odd from birth, her horn was littler than, and Her pearl have a off tint with a dark core. Because of this, she was left in the Tangled Woods by her mother clan.
She was later found by Iridina hiding within a fallen hollow tree from some rain, and nearly dead. Iridina could sense young power within the poor baby, but knew the more traditional pearlcatchers wouldn't take kindly to her. she still took her in, and as she grew, so did her magic.
