Bright, fiery eyes watch the volcano's smoke plume over and merge with the grey storm clouds. The occasional flecks of embers fall down upon the blackened land. The phalanges of her left wing gently touch the package at her side in consideration.

Her wings open, kicking up the ash with the force, before she takes a galloping start. The air felt stagnant, but it mattered little to her as she takes to the sky with two strong wing beats.

Climbing up to the clouds was little challenge to the adept flyer, even in the still air. Her great lungs inhale deeply before she plunges into the blackness.

Even with her bright eyes, there was little to see. Bits of ash clung to her fur and feathers, turning the splotches of white to a near black as she climbed. Still alight embers caused her wing tips to tingle. She dare not inhale the gas, but still she climbed.

Her eyes burn.

Her lungs burn.

Her heart burns.

But she is a fire dragon, so it is simply natural.

Breaking the clouds comes with an immediate inhale. Her wings clamor to recover and stay above the billowing pillar of smoke. She looks up to the sun -- the ultimate creation of fire and metal streaming down from above -- and smiles.

As the sun neared its zenith on the longest day of Sorienth's year, she pulls out the clear, glass orb from her pouch. Holding the sphere up to eclipse the sun, she smiles wider.

"Today," She whispers airily to no one, pulling the orb protectively to her chest, "You will be mine."

Myosotis is the hospital's most powerful mage, and everyone knows it. It isn't through impressive, massive displays, but small things -- how effortlessly she instantaneously cauterizes wounds, how she can manipulate the temperature of a room, and how she can bring almost any substance up to its melting point without boiling it.

She is always eager to learn more and can be easily bored unless stimulated by a new problem. It makes her fairly productive, so long as she's entertained. Part of that entertainment comes from managing the other magicitians. That means even more tasks and amusement, since drama comes with its own set of problems that she gets to solve.

While a good leader to the magicitians, she does occasionally get wrapped up in tasks or her own projects. Nymphe is the de facto second-in-command and Myosotis' best friend.

Ragnarok is her mate. While a bit flamboyant and showy, the dragon is gentlemanly and kind. He takes her dancing to cheer her up on frustrating days and gives her gifts as often as he can, proclaiming his love to her often. She returns it in small, meaningful ways.

Her most prized possession is a dimly glowing yellow orb. Some say, if you look within, you can see the sun's rays.
