Pretty handy with tools and can usually be found making repairs around the lair or just relaxing around the bamboo garden areas at the base of the lair's main tower like building. Since the clan was build over time by many dragons who have come and gone, The styles and techniques can be all over the place, and that's where Artio's ability to mimic and match other craftsman's styles makes him so crucial.

He arrived as a hatchling along side a traveling dryad, who had found him lost in the woods and sought a dragon clan to leave him with. He's never forgotten this unnamed dryads kindness, and as an adult has gone on several ventures to seek them out, unfruitful so far, but has lead to Artio being the best in the current clan for any disputes, discussions, etc. with Dryads, as rare as they may be in the on the Plateau. Abyss, the clans oldest diplomatic type, often defers to his expertise and advice to provide for any visiting dryads.

His lair is perfectly blended into the canopy of a live tree he has grown off the side of the the Tower, and many of the clans nature dragons base their lairs in or around this well cared for oak. The branches weave back into the walls of the tower, with additional supports made with bamboo wood supports. Artio and Castor have worked together to cultivate sturdy and flexible varieties of bamboo for a renewable wood source.
