Penumbra

A priestess of the dark and spurned magics, provider of false hope and hollow remedies for only the steepest of prices. She is unafraid of cheating and deception to get her hands on any and all coin. Making promises on things that she doesn't intend to keep is a casual habit. Using her ghostly familiar to spy on marks and unearth their dirty secrets only fuels her fortune-telling ruse and adds to the mystery.

Penumbra and her ilk were not welcomed into the clan; they barged right in and attempted to overtake the entire lair, having watched and waited outside in their caravan for the right moment to strike. They timed it perfectly; Parhelion was long gone, and the clan warriors were unprepared.

What they did not count on was the mighty Guardian returning early.

Parhelion left their caravan in cinders and all but slew the intruders, herding them out of his home as quickly as they could limp and drag along. He bellowed threats of death if they ever tried to return. Scorned and sorely beaten, Penumbra and her lackeys left the Blood Forge clan behind.

That did not stop their trickery, however. Calling upon magics long forbidden by well-to-do wyrms, Penumbra foresaw a return to the fortunes and ill-gotten gains she and her two accomplices had seen go up in flames. With Blackreach and Vulthuryol at her side, they set off to forcibly part dragons with their hard-earned treasure, swearing revenge upon their return to the Blood Forge clan.
