Xang was a star once. One of those fateful stars, the kind you go to for advice or guidance whenever you're at a significant crossroads in your life. Xang and her sister Xing—the Twin Stars—would listen to the worries of those crying for signs on how to proceed, and answer their pleas together. The sisters nearly always disagreed with what path should be taken, but they still presented their advice fairly and equally.

So naturally millennia of having their answers largely ignored by their earthly supplicants left the Twin Stars rather... Peeved, to say such a thing lightly. What's the point in asking the stars if you're going to ignore their advice? If you've already made up your mind? They grew angry at the people down below, and in their anger... Let's just say that it's wise not to cross the stars.

Xang and Xing arrived in the clan one day with eleven other dragons-who-were-not-dragons, all mum about why they came and what they planned to do. If you catch them together, the sisters will still offer advice to any who will ask them, though. Just be careful what you ask—and be careful what you do afterwards.
