gXrPK6I.png A FICKLE SHOPKEEPER with a sharp tongue and a devilish streak. Charming, irresponsible and attention-grabbing. Masami has no qualms wih resorting to dirty work and can act as a spy, assassin, and more if necessary. Usually he just draws, though. As the Valley's first and foremost artist he essentially finances the entire business and handles ridiculously large sums of money.

All in all, an outrageous creature who has perfected manipulation and seduction tactics. Not often seen around the Valley as he's busy painting, but always creates an uproar when he does arrive to a function or a casino event.
