Echidna

"We improve upon nature in so many ways. Carving the landscape, rending fibers into cloth, warping metal and machine into energy for our mills. We are never content with her bounty. Why be content with her beasts?"

Echidna's experiments have earned her the nickname of 'mother of monsters' (one used entirely behind her back). Through a mixture of pilfered Lightning technology and knowledge of the Arcane, Echidna works to warp and create new, better animals -- elks so thick with meat they cannot stand, familiars capable of draconic levels of communication, and horrible cross-species abominations. At least, in her heyday she could create such monstrosities. Since being chased out of her laboratories and hidden crannies in the Arcanist's realm, she's had to downgrade her scientific pursuits. Eo tolerates her experiments, but were Echidna to get any more extreme, she'd be run out yet again. Echidna grudgingly tolerates her new conditions.

Most of her work centers around increasing the intelligence and magical power of her familiar, Argos. Though warped and sickly looking, (most of) her hammering on his brain have rendered positive results -- though he is a bit twitchy.
She works with Kileyah's hunting posse to bring in food for the clan as well as secretly collect new subjects for herself. Working on only one canvas does get dull for an artist sometimes.
