Steeped in darkness, and no more dangerous than her other compatriots; Serida is a representative of a waypoint, halfway between dawn and dusk, and a born mediator. Neutral, just, and fair, Serida can be relied upon to give an unbiased view of events she witnesses - though neutrality can be dangerous in its own right. There are certain things that must be done to keep balance, after all.
