maximillian had always been a sickly child. ever since he was born, his pale coat indicated that he wasn't in good health at all. he always had a cough or ache of some sort, and he always seemed to be cold. his family loved him very much, but they just couldn't keep him healthy, so they sent him off to heal with the very best doctors around... or so they thought. with the doctors, maxi was worse than ever. just when he had almost given up hope, though, he noticed something... one day when he was bored, he decided to try painting. he accidentally spilled some paint on his feathers, and something wonderful happened. he felt better. when the doctors finally got suspicious of the lack of coughing and noise, they came in and saw a wonderful sigt. maximillian was covered in a rainbow of colors and was smiling from ear to ear. the old coatl legend must be true after all... bright colors
really do make for a healthy coatl!


after his joyful recovery, maxi returned to his home in the Starfall isles. he was mature enough that he didn't want to rely on his parents anymore, though, so he went off to join a clan that was just starting out to try to help them along. he met emelth and ohm and they soon became fast friends. maximillian now decorates the lair with wonderful artwork and is always switching up his own colors to match!

(he is always modeling dif skins since there seem to be a whole lot of gorgeous ones for make coatls, so i wrote him lore to match!)

he was a gift derg from when i was merely a newb and i love him to bits.
