Msasi

The Assassin. Msasi is the most unusual of Kaas's circle after Frejinet, the Skydancer's elegant form sculpted not to a thing of beauty, but to maximize her deadly potential. Purchased from the fabled Master, Kaas took her with one thought in mind: To raise her to be utterly loyal to him, to hunt for the clan with merciless efficiency, and to kill at his command.

And it worked; whether by his methods or by genetics, he does not know. But Msasi is feared by the clan, misunderstood; ever since she was a hatchling that screeched and gored the Healer's eye, a whelp that shouted and tore at her rival's flanks, her unique penchant for violence has made her an object of utmost concern.

Msasi has one friend, however, in a secret and awkward way: Amocualli, whose eye she tore out as a struggling hatchling, has grown on her considerably. She rarely shows it directly, of course, but the small Healer often finds his nest with a sudden influx of useful flowers and shiny, polished rocks.
