Leannan

Leannan was caught on icy winds when he drifted into Bohemía, and the leathery membrane of his wings fell to ice crystals and froze over. Kalliope and Pride swarmed him, trying to see if they could preserve his flight, but it was too late, the ice had set too deep. It took awhile to assemble, but wing braces were attached to him to alleviate the ache.

Although flightless, Leanann enjoys the ground more than anyone expected of a wind dragon. If he cannot soar through the breeze, then he'd be the breeze whistling through the trees and grass. He works on improving the strength of his antlers to assist him in knocking over trees when running.

Leannan is one of the most physically fit in Bohemía, famous for his endurance and speed in particular. If it wasn't for his fragile condition, he'd join the Warriors for sure. But alas, the ice embedded into his upper back and arms twists and turns with each movement. If the cold hadn't stolen the last bit of feeling there, it'd be a torture unbearable.

Because of his permanent frostbite, Leannan has to routinely visit the few
medics scattered about. Because of the time spent with them, he can call a number of them his friends. Most in particular, Kalliope. Whilst he is examined, Kalliope will often tell stories of her time as a matriarch or as a mother or as a monster-slayer. Leannan is unsuited for battle, but lives vicariously through her tales. With his association with the Skydancer, he's also quite friendly with Arduinna and Fafnir, more recently Edera!
