WV served in a vicious war for some time. After leaving he wandered until he stumbled into the Driftwood Drag. It was here he decided to begin a clan and do his best to watch over it.

Has gone through several names, these days he simple goes by "The Mayor" or simply "Mayor." He hates dragons who act "kingly" over their clans because they are often tyrannical, and start wars with other dragon clans.

He has a weakness for sweet tasting drinks and foods.

He aided in the rescue of Gob, along with the Guardian, Faith.

His best friend is a firefly named Serenity.
