No one is quite sure from where Domina first came. The High Council alone seems to have known of her presence in the clan, as they eagerly entrusted her with the important duty of serving as their mouthpiece to dragons both in the clan and from all over Sorneith.

Domina commands a certain amount of respect whenever she enters the room. Being the mouthpiece of all members of the clan long past, as well as the mouthpiece of the gods, many seem to hold her in a very high position, arguably above any other dragon sans the High Council. Whenever she speaks, everyone goes silent and listens to her words, knowing they are listening to the words of the wise dragons of long ago, including the voice of their late matriarch. Oftentimes, you can see her flying on quiet nights amongst a cloud of bats, said to be her messengers between this world and the world of the dead.
