B I O G R A P H Y

Vandr had been abandoned by his battle troup. They were retreating, picking up the wounded. They decided to take the less injured dragon, as Vandr was near death. He dragged himself to the nearest shelter, where he passed out for days. When he awoke, he was well rested. His lower body hurt, but he was to afraid to look at the damage, fearing he would lose his motivation. He dragged himself for a ways, before collapsing from exhaustion. Again more days passed, and Vandr's arms grew stronger, and he was able to drag his body farther.

He eventually reached the edge a a river, and on the other side he spotted a clan lair. He heaved himself into the stream and weakly tried to swim to the other side. When he was almost to the riverbank he lost his balance, he spun our of control and was swept downstream. To weak to yell for help or to fight it, he let himself be carried, accepting the end. Suddenly, strong jaws lifted him out of the river, and he caught sight of a white imperial, before again passing out. He awoke to a beautiful gold dragon hovering over him. Immediately thinking he was in danger Vandr attempted to get to his feet, but couldn't. Confused he looked at his legs. Scars covered his whole lower body, and raw patches where skin had been burned away spotted his legs. Unable to look on any more Vandr turned away. Trying to find his voice he turns to the gold dragon. A scratchy noise like nails on a chalkboard echos off the healing den. "Shhh." the gold pearlcatcher says, "you are not strong enough yet." She turns away and grabs a bottle, filled with a clear liquid with a blue tint. "Here, drink this." Taking it for her hand, he swallows the whole thing. It tastes like nothing, but is smooth and sooths his throat. Vandr attempts to thank her, but finds himself unusally tired. Once again Vandr passed out.

B I O G R A P H Y

Once Vandr had recovered he decided to stay with the clan. Some think it's because he started to fall in love with Knuckle, the young and pretty healer, but he insists it's because he felt bad for the helpless clan. He and the other warrior Rinus trained the whole clan in the basic of fighting, so every dragon would be able to fight for themselves.

Vandr now a General of the clan, along with Rinus and Kimba. They lead the clan in wars, and help out when wild animals try to attack clan members. Vandr and Knuckle are now mates, but they have no children, since both are so busy with their clan roles.
