Biography

Current Role: Leader/Healer of Clan Necrosis
Mate: Haematophilia

Locklear is the son of an unnamed Crystal pearlcatcher and Nihon the Imperial.
Most of the clan expected Locklear to be timid and shy like his parents, or at least flamboyant like his father.

The whole clan was wrong.

Locklear never learned to speak, and spent much of his whelphood on the outskirts of the clan territory gathering herbs and other substances for medicines and poisons.
Before he reached adulthood, Locklear overheard one of the faes of the clan making fun of his parents.

Infuriated that they could be so harsh on them, especially since they had no say in who they were, Locklear slipped into the fae's dwelling and placed a small bowl filled with liquid from the numerous cesspools that littered the Scarred Wasteland, plus several additional ingredients of his own.

Since insulting one's parents was considered a heinous crime, Locklear was not banished. Rather he was kept around, and served as the clan's Healer.

He was happy to do his work without complaint. That was until Rasputin's rule was harming more dragons and hatchlings than Locklear was comfortable with.

When Vicar, Rasputin's mate approached him for help. He agreed, brewing a special scentless, flavorless draught for Vicar to add to the tyrant's food.

He originally wanted to poison the leader, but at Vicar's pleading he reluctantly made it only affect the ridgeback by pacifying the dragon's rage. Unfortunately the first dose was too much, and now Rasputin is perpetually delusional.

Locklear out of a feeling of obligation, stepped up to the position of leader. His mate being his speaker for him.
