Knowledge is something that Lore has craved ever since they hatched from their egg. Any book they could get in their claws would be read. Many older dragons noticed how interesting in everything Lore is and started teaching them the old tales of Pytho which they soaked up like a sponge. Naturally Lore became the record keeper for all knowledge regarding Pytho and spent a majority of their time in their section of the library; recording, writing things down and interviewing others. They can come across as somewhat grumpy and dismissive especially when they are in the middle of their work but when they aren’t they can be really chatty and opening.

When Pytho was attacked the library had been fire bombed and Lore had been caught in the middle of the fire. Rather than prioritizing their own safety, they instead grabbed everything in their section of the library they could grab. If they could have saved everything they would have but a majority of it was already was caught in the fire and they could only get out with an armful of books. They were lucky that they made it out of the library with only minor burns.
Fleeing the burning ruins of the city they once called home towards the light territory with all the other survivors. Now they spend most of their time rewriting the story that they had lost to the fires and because of that they aren’t seen all too often.
