Not far from the dockside town of Arkenan, a little to the north right before you reach the plague border is a town shrouded by old gnarled woods. The dragons who live in this town are very connected to the magic of the wood & have a bit of a greener magic. Of course, this leads to lots of trouble for them leaving so close to the plaguelands. But cool fact, if you climb the tallest trees you can sometimes see the kites from the Windswept Plateau
