Welcome Traveller to the Starian court. 
Farseer, how did you find yourself at this courts doorstep, perhaps it was the tales shared between dragons ardant for a tale of glory or perhaps you know of the land this place once was. How dragons died over this rich earth, their blood mixing with the rivers, bodies tied to the ebony fused earth.
The court of Staria is the unison of four clans uniting in order to bring peace to Uvi, the valleyed mountain range that was so fearlessly fought over. The dark green valleys and snow-capped mountains while secluded keep us safe.
Ruled by a single Monarch, the heir to the main empire before the war.
House Cenneri
Philosiphy: As the sun dawns a new beginning rises. Regal and adhering the Cenneri clan during the war sought peace believing they owned the land through birthright. After all their travellers did discover the land itself first. Now the house organizes outer relations and allegiances with other neighbouring clans.
House Liberty
Philosophy: In the dark true light is shown.
The 'Cenri of the pacific seas' This liberal clan rose from dark depths, taking over islands while recording their victory's. For years culture and art flourished but they attacked the order of swords new leader and the clan was pulled into a war they could not fight in. Now after the slaughter has ended House Liberty remains at sea, discovering and colonizing new areas while representatives remain at camp to oversee historical records.
Well, traveller, here to stay or will you be on your way, continuing that journey of yours? May our leaders bless your travels and we never see a war on this land ever again.

Council of Aver
Philosophy: To see the future you must look to your actions. Spiritual and cunning the house of Aver played the devils advocate during the war, providing a faceless foe to their rivals. During the war Aver allied with the Order of swords and for the first time used magic to bring destruction and havoc on the battlefield. Using runes and curses to kill the clan's enemies without the need to lift a sword. Now the Council works with the courts inner workings, building and harnessing resources while experimenting on magic.

Order of Swords
Philosophy: A dead man digs his own grave. Lawless, the Order of swords has the darkest history of the four houses, with no written documents those who survive the countless slaughters and purges could pass on what occurred within this clans walls. The chiefs and leaders looked down on their people offering only swords and weaponry to defend themselves if the weak forced themselves to power they'd simply force the strong to fight like they had and let the cycle continue until one dragon sick of the suffering lead a rebellion cutting the chained down cycle free. From then onwards the order formed a strict honourable law, training doctors, healers and mercenary. The paranoid say the old leader the pale weak one is in his grave waiting.
