Lore
This was once the Darkhaven clan. Founded in Lightning, it was a grouping based on logic and exploration of community. Over time, they lost focus, and began to drift. Without a true purpose, without a joy of existence, they floundered and faded away. Ghosts within their own flight, the clan was lost.
Then everything changed. From somewhere within the Water flight, winding its way from the Spiral Keep and across the Shifting Expanse, a prophesy came. It was simple, no earth shattering insights, nothing that would affect any but this one single clan.
“She will light your way. She is coming. Be ready.”
And with that, the Darkhaven clan fractured. Some wished to remain as they had always been, others argued for the hope of a different future. All the while, they searched. For that one dragon who could change everything.
And they found her. A young dragon, with old eyes. Even in her youth she had the poise and fierce personality that seized and held the leadership. She had a vision and she would see it fulfilled.
With the coming of the new clan Matriarch, the clan began its great migration. Many members chose to stay in Lightning, but a core few began a new life, wandering across the land.
The Windblown, they call themselves. A clan reborn, streamlined into the raw essence of itself. Where they've been, you'd have to ask them. Where they're heading, perhaps the Tidelord knows.
