Clan Ex Astris, lucida sidera.

The Clan of Ex Astris is a large, happy (for the more part) group of dragons. Their leaders, Elijah and Mia came from lands far away to ensure that the clan lives on for many years.

Ex Astris is a home for misfits; dragons that do not feel like they fit in with their birth clans can find solace with this clan in the Sunbeam Ruins. Any dragon is welcome into their ranks with open claws, assuming that they wish to become one with the way of the clan.

Not all of the members of Ex Astris come from a bad place, or come to Ex Astris for an escape. Some of them were members of clans that the King and Queen are on friendly terms with that wished to come into the Light.

If you are in need of a home, the sky is always in need of more stars...

Ex Astris and made it's lair in a portion of the Sunbeam Ruins in an attempt to make most of their members comfortable. Obviously, it would be impossible to accommodate every element of dragon here, but they are able to for most.

They make use of the cliffs and beaches, and a small castle. Anyone can choose to live anywhere they like in the territory that Ex Astris has made their own. There are caves, trees, and rooms in the castle for the dragons of the clan.

The King and Queen are always trying to raise treasure to increase the size of their territory, so that their family of stars can grow.

A pair of outcasts come together to create a new family for themselves. They shine with the gift of Light, and are stars as bright as the sun.

"Why stars, people ask? That is simple. We have named our clan for the stars for this reason. Stars emit light. The sun is a huge, huge star. It so huge that dragons often forget the smaller ones. We have not forgotten them. Stars belong in the Light, and so we have made a home for the lost stars, and made them our children."

When I bought Dalila I thought her name was Dahlia right from the get go which is why I renamed her that, lol! I don't know if you took notice but her mate is named Hawthorne, though I'm tempted to change his name to Feenie.
