The stone ruins of the Outpost Settlement towers keep watch over a sacred shrine: The dilapidated Emerald Mill, where a spirit born from the great Behemoth churns souls through the water wheel to feed her rival God. There is sickness in the soil, a decomposition of culture giving life to a humid, fungal dawn.
