ChlorineQween's Clan

Deep within the Quarantine Zone, somewhere within that twisting maze of contagion pools, caverns, and Mirror trails, lies a narrow tunnel that leads deep into one of the mountains of Wyrmwound. Follow one of the Mirrors through the darkness of the endless twisting cavern, and you may stumble upon the ┘╫╒Θδ¬ clan.

After barreling through a maze of damp and pitch black tunnels, the rays of light streaming into the Lair would be blinding. Sunlight enters through a series of large horizontal fractures in the rock- beyond which lies a steep drop into the sea below. Within the cavern, dragons of all types bathe in a series of pools of surprisingly clear water, and the air smells of salt and sea. The roar of water cascading down the rocks echos throughout the grotto. The sound of the waterfall muffles the voices and growls of all those inside the lair from any dragons flying by. Here, deep within the bowels of Wyrmwound, lies a hidden oasis.

Sensing your arrival, a large Skydancer approaches you.
"Hello, young one."
He presses forward, bowing his head down to bore into your eyes.
"How have you found yourself within our Grotto?"


"We're all here because we're not all there," we like to say.

Though many of us were not born here, every member of our clan is a true plagueling in the sense that we have survived. Survived something terrible that has happened to us, or something terrible that has emerged within us. Lost something dear, or for some, our minds.

For those who are unlucky enough to find themselves adrift and alone within the blight of Wyrmwound, they can only hope to be found by one of our scouts. Many outsiders who enter this unforgiving domain come hoping or believing it is an end. Those who we find are offered a new beginning.

The Skydancer emerges from one of the grotto's caverns.
"And if you so happen to get along with one of our clan, perhaps you can take them with you for their next beginning. With my blessing, of course."
