One of the more recent updates lets you use babies and permanently-babies for your icon, the same way you'd use to select an adult for it!

Quick heads up, Black Aviator's gear is found in the Gem Marketplace! :) You can find its color variants in the Auction House and in the Treasure Marketplace.
