I'm not sold on Dijon... but I also feel like I'm not sure either. But like, on the topic of condiments, I know everyone goes to bat for Ranch on everything, and yeah fine, but listen... BBQ sauce is good on **** it shouldn't be good on, same with Tzatziki sauce.

I'm not big on blue cheese dressing, and I think it might be because it tastes kind of sweet to me, but then there's that slight funk that is cheese under it. The experience is a little like being unsure if something I'm eating has gone bad or not, and trying to figure out if I should keep eating it. Funnily enough, and kind of unrelated, but in the same vein of like... "stuff sometimes used as dip", I used to hate honey mustard. Then I tried it again and was like yeah... okay, I get it. Brown mustard, however, I still can't get into it. How I react to Brown mustard is how most people react when I say I actually really like yellow mustard and how acidic it is lol

I have. Like I said, I don't really hate any cheese, but I think if I had to choose a cheese that was kind of funky to me and I wouldn't really go out of my way to subscribe to it again is like... Swiss... something about Swiss just...? It doesn't "bother" me enough to say I hate it, but it's kinda nothing to me on a sandwich. -w- Also no, my favorite cheese is Mozz or Pepper Jack. I also lowkey like goat cheese... it reminds me (uncultured swine comment incoming) of cream cheese. What's your favorite cheese? o;

Listen, I'm not exotic or cultured enough to answer this question in a way that can't feel unimpressive, but like... I haven't tried a cheese I don't like yet, so there's that. I can, however, eat a brick of cheddar cheese willingly and happily if allowed.
