Clan Diomede
On the coast of the Sunbeam Ruins, near the border with the Shifting Expanse, a clan has made its home in the white sea cliffs where the gulls call and the waves crash. This clan is called Diomede, for its alignment under the wings of the albatross,
a great seabird that soars effortlessly
on winds stirred by the sunlight.

Lore
Like the birds they revere, Clan Diomede is a clan of wanderers, traveling Sornieth in their search for knowledge. These Seekers of Truth have another likeness to their representative spirit: they always return to their lair, even if years may pass, carrying their precious cargo of new knowledge as if they were gems and gold.

This clan lives in harmony with the nesting seabirds that share its cliffs, providing them protection from predation while the birds serve as sentries to the lair. The birds are treated with utmost respect, and above all, the albatrosses are sacrosanct. It is an ill omen to bring harm upon the albatross.

High ranking members of the clan may be identified by the use of albatross feathers and bones in their accoutrements, all of which were granted when the spirit of the bird had left its body.

Hi, lore stuff aside, I'm Molly aka Mollymawk aka RareBird aka Thalassarche. I really like birds.

This is an exalting lair. All dragons are named prior to exalting, most of the time using the name generator.

I host pairs if you need a Light nest for that aesthetic match! No fee attached, but sending a little food with them is much appreciated. I'm a member of Nest Network 3.4, Friendly Nest Rental, and CFCE, and you can ping me there or contact me directly via message.

If you got here via Search and found a dragon in my hibden that matches your project that I don't have up for sale, please ask me if it's available! Chances are it's in the hibden to save me on food. I also do breeding for Stock the Pond, so some of the dragons in the tab with that name are part of a handful that have their specific colors -- those dragons are bred specifically for those who might need them, so please ask after them!

My time spent on FR isn't always the most reliable, and I am prone to going on hiatus where all I do is feed dragons. Right now I'm semi-active and checking in at least twice a day. Just like the albatross, I return again and again.

Hehe, i love seeing other users' plague themed dragons because of creativity put into them. Each dragon still ends up looking different than the ones i've seen before (: I have yet to make one but i keep changing the saved look in dress-up area lol.
