Snowsong's Clan

As the war between the siblings dragged on for untold years, the God of Tragedy looked upon the world that his mother had created, and saw the suffering of the creatures that he had helped to create, nurture and teach. He felt the fear, sorrow and desperation of the ones that he had loved so greatly, and it tore his heart apart while he watched the many tribes fall to the wrath of their makers.

He had nothing to offer for their prayers of help, he could do nothing but watch his siblings cause massive destruction and hurt to those that he had loved most. He had no power and no ability to soothe their pain, not with what his powers were meant to symbolise and he had not enough capabilities to bring an end to the war.

Raiva felt a coward, but the smell of fear, pain and agony sickened him,and he fled his homeworld, taking nothing but his namesake, and a little keepsake that the first of his chosen tribe had given him. The keepsake stored the souls of the tribes that he had blessed, as he fled to find a better place for them to live.

Eventually, he found a place to make his - no, their - home and created a peaceful world where all his blessed children could live freely.

But on his journey to find the perfect home, he chanced upon this land of hope, and creatures that he had never seen before, and there he stayed for years, enjoying the bustle of this world of dragons, going so far as to turn himself into one, albeit, of the wrong gender.

This, is a historical account of Raiva's time in the land of dragons. Of a time before Raiva was known as Snowsong.
