After years of lone travels, Mr. Koopa decided to use his power given to him by his royal background, to realize his dream. Buying off a plot of land which was supposed to become a factory complex, he set out to build a sanctuary for lost souls. Close to a big city, but far enough to be remote and quiet. All who visit or stay at the sanctuary (which Mr. Koopa sometimes refers to as a "BNB") get a warm bed, freshly made food, plenty of activities they can join, and are encouraged to visit the big city for all it has to offer. Each creature staying for an indefinite amount of time gets to choose a small plot of land they'd like to make their own, either with or without a pre-built little hut. Mr. Koopa is usually not present at the "BNB," but does visit every weekend he gets the chance.

A troop made of Koopas, Goombas, and Moles work tirelessly to make everything run smoothly, and keep everyone taken care of. Inspired by the factory complex destiny of the land, Mr. Koopa designed a self sustaining system, where all the food is grown in the area, electricity and fuel is naturally sourced, and labour is traded. All visitors and guests are welcomed to participate, but it's not obligatory. Visitors and guests usually still do participate.

There are festivals organised every season's change. Summer has the biggest festival, hosting travelers from all over the kingdom... and beyond. In summer, we celebrate the fire of life; the Life festival. It lasts for a whole week, with the last two days being reserved for the burning of "Gods' Bonfires' Feasts" and participating in "Gratitude Givings" respectively. The autumn festival celebrates the flow of nature; the Shiftseve. It's a one day celebration of the changes all of existance goes through. People often have different views on how it should be celebrated, but Mr. Koopa organises group masked dances, and encourages everyone to endulge in what makes them happy in the now, acting and being whatever feels right at this day. In winter, as everything is cold and slow, we celebrate the quiet and the calm; the Chilly Chills. Everyone is encouraged to spend this time with their loved ones, take time to rest and reflect, and eat gluttonously. It's a three day festival, with many warm foods and drink being served all over. Spring is a season of childlike wonder, so we celebrate the creation and innovation; the Wonder Season. The celebration is just one day, but people are encouraged to consider the whole season for looking at the world as a child, create and enjoy, play and be silly, and overall be carefree. The single-day celebration is a display of the most impressive projects by scientists and artists in the past year, with an opprotunity for the regular creature to participate in creation too.
