A huge structure towers above you as you wander the plague outskirts. You look up squinting as the sun shines into your eye, not a cloud in sight. The structure seems to be bustling with many different dragons coming and going. Despite its affinity to the Plague Flight it appears the structure waves the banner of every flight, plus banners of various other colors, perhaps representing lineages or other clans.
