Zalari's Clan

*As you step through the archway into this realm, a form coalesces from the shadows, culminating into the shape of a tall and spindly humanoid. Clad in woven, checkered attire from head to toe, adorning a strangely drooping hat, small bells attached to the various extremities. He bows at first, but soon raises his form to align his face with yours; meeting you with a crooked smile, leaving you uneasy as he is unabashed. He speaks to you in a lighthearted, yet mischievous tone;

"Woe and behest; tread lightly. The beasties what inhabit this lair are vast and wild. Some may enjoy your touch, yet some might take your hand. The master bodes you welcome, you are free to peruse at your leisure, though it would be in your best interest not to tarry for too long~"

The creature insists, struggling to stifle a laugh, the sinister tone echoing through the chamber as he fades away before your eyes. Where were you? Who was that? What was that? Was there someone here? *You hear a distant rumble, and realize that you are lost, so very lost.*
